Spicy Salmon Avocado Power Bowl

🥗 Ingredients

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, arugula)

1 medium avocado, sliced

2 boiled eggs, halved

150g salmon fillet (cubed)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp chili paste (or sriracha)

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

Lemon wedges for garnish

Salt & black pepper to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Prepare the salmon: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil. Coat the salmon cubes and pan-sear for 3–4 minutes until golden. Sprinkle sesame seeds.

Boil the eggs: Cook eggs for 7–8 minutes, then peel and halve.

Assemble the bowl: Place mixed greens at the base. Arrange avocado slices, boiled eggs, and seared salmon neatly.
