Ingredients:
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon saltwater
1 carrot, grated
2 green onions, chopped
40 ml
20 grams sugar
20 ml soy sauce
15 grams paprika
20 grams sesame seeds
10 ml apple or rice vinegar
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the thinly sliced cucumbers with 1 tablespoon of salt.Leave to sit for 15 minutes to draw out excess water.
Grate the carrot using a special grater and chop the green onions
After 15 minutes, pour off the excess liquid from the cucumbers.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, sugar, soy sauce, paprika, sesame seeds, and apple or rice vinegar. Mix well.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
Serve immediately or let it chill in the for a more intense flavor.
