Crack Chicken Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients:

4 large baking potatoes

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Preparation:
Bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 45–60 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, mix chicken, cream cheese, ranch, bacon, and half the cheese. Slice potatoes open, scoop out some flesh, and mix with the chicken mixture. Stuff back into the potato skins, top with remaining cheese, and bake for another 10–15 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with green onions and serve.
