Fluffy Swirl Milk Buns (Super Soft Bread Rolls)
IngredientsDry ingredients:
4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
Wet ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
1 egg
For brushing:
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
Instructions1. Make the Dough
In a bowl, combine:
Flour
Sugar
Salt
Instant yeast
Add:
Warm milk
Oil (or melted butter)
Egg
Mix and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and soft.
The dough should be slightly sticky but elastic.
2. First Rise
Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
3. Shape the Swirls
