🍎 Ingredients:
✅ 2 green apples (cored & diced)
✅ ½ cup dried cranberries (or fresh if available)
✅ ½ cup pecans
✅ 2 tbsp brown sugar
✅ 1 tbsp butter
✅ 1 tbsp lemon juice (to keep apples from browning)

Optional Dressing:
✨ 2 tbsp honey
✨ 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
✨ 1 tbsp olive oil
✨ Pinch of salt

🥗 Method:
1️⃣ Caramelize the Pecans:

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Add butter and brown sugar; stir until melted.

Add pecans and stir to coat.

Cook 2–3 minutes until glossy and lightly caramelized.

Transfer to parchment to cool.

2️⃣ Prepare the Apples:

Dice green apples into bite-sized pieces.

Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.

3️⃣ Make the Dressing (Optional):

Whisk honey, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.

4️⃣ Assemble:

In a glass bowl, combine apples and cranberries.

Drizzle with dressing (if using) and toss gently.
