🥩 For the Steak Bites:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🥔 For the Mashed Potatoes:
4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & diced
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)
👩‍🍳 Directions
🥔 1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Place diced potatoes in a large pot of salted water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes until tender.
Drain and return potatoes to the pot.
Add heavy cream and butter, then mash until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Set aside and keep warm.
🥩 2. Cook the Steak Bites
Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side.
Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic.
Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
