Festive Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Written by Admin

Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded
2 cups prepared stuffing (sage or herb works best)
½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1–2 tbsp turkey stock (if needed)
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried sage
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onion, garlic, herbs, and parsley.
Add the egg and melted butter. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
If the mixture feels dry, add turkey stock a little at a time.
Roll into bite-sized balls and place on the prepared tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp outside.
Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or a creamy dip.
✨ Tips
For extra crunch, brush lightly with butter before baking.
Air fryer option: cook at 180°C / 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
Great make-ahead dish—freeze before baking and cook straight from frozen.
