Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Chocolate Chips
Gently fold in both the white chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the dough.
Form Cookies
Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Decorate with holiday sprinkles if desired.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
